Our wagon loading equipment is primarily designed for the transhipment of cereals in railway stations and harbours. We offer two standard types, however we always produce custom made equipment in consideration of the individual needs of our clients and the characteristics of the site and technical requirements. One of the standard types (T-501) is suitable for both wagon loading and unloading, while the other type (T-265V) can be used for wagon unloading, produced as conveyor belt according to individual measures. The T-265V type conveyor belt with aluminium frame and belts is suitable for bulk products as well. It is excellent for unloading wagons with low outlets. Due to the low frame height it can be placed under the wagon outlet, thus bulk products can be directly unloaded. The belt runs on rollers and sliding edges on the slope part and slides in a galvanized tray on the horizontal part. The massive rubber wheels are self-adjusting allowing t a parallel movement of the equipment to the rail track. Handles are provided on the slope part for easier handling.
